Hi there, my name is Jessica Sidman, and I am a Food Editor for Washingtonian magazine. I cover the people and trends behind DC's food and drink scene. 

I grew up in Colorado Springs, CO and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. I was previously Food Editor and Young & Hungry columnist for Washington City Paper. I started my food writing career with a (now defunct) ice cream blog, The Frozen Fix.
